Falcon's founder brings extensive business experience and a solid foundation of education and training to our clients. Prior to Falcon his, his career included management roles within organizations including Pitney Bowes Management Services, Ceridian Payroll and Human Resource Services, and Panasonic Business Solutions.
Scott's formal education follows a concentrated focus in Management and Administrative studies, earning a B.Sc. in Management, an MBA, and a PhD in Business Administration. His Doctoral dissertation was the first empirical work focused on the process-improvement methodology Six Sigma and how it is applied in the Human Resources function within organizations. He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and an internationally recognized expert on Operational Excellence and process issues related to the service-based areas of organizations.
In addition, Scott has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation for over a decade through the Human Resource Certification Institute. He is a professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Society for Training and Development, the American Society for Quality, and the Human Capital Institute.
